The following members are serving on the Executive Board for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. All Board members are required to serve on a leadership council for a minimum of one semester and engage in Phi Eta Sigma Events. If you are interested in applying for a 2025-2026 Executive Board position and meet the eligibility requirements, you will receive an email with the application information mid-Spring 2025.

Executive Board:

 

President: Kayla Scully

Kayla Scully is a junior from St. Petersburg, Florida. She is majoring in biological sciences and minoring in chemistry. She is planning on attending medical school after graduation in hopes to be an anesthesiologist. This is her second year working on the executive board.

 

Service Director: Isabella Munoz

Hi! I’m Isabella Munoz, Service Director for Phi Eta Sigma. I’m a junior majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience at FSU and I am from West Palm Beach, Florida. I’m excited to serve our wonderful community this year. A fun fact about me is that I had the opportunity to study abroad in London this past summer!

 

Community Service Coordinator: Trace Benn

I am a sophomore majoring in Business Management and Finance, planning to pursue a JD-MBA after graduation. I am from Tampa, Florida, and I studied abroad in Spain for a year through FSU International Programs. My hobbies include scuba diving, MMA, and traveling!

 

Vice President: Elizabeth Cordero

Elizabeth Cordero is a Sophomore from Fort Myers, Florida. As a student in the University Honors Program, she is majoring in psychology and plans to attend law school after graduation. Elizabeth is looking forward to collaborating with the entire Executive Board and can’t wait to see how much they accomplish together this year

 

Communications Director: Kayla Berge

Kayla is a Sophomore pursuing a Dual Degree in Criminology and Psychology, with a Certificate in Emergency Management and a Minor in Law Enforcement Intelligence. She is a Cuban, first-generation student from Miami, Florida, who enjoys playing the violin, flag football, and reading. Aside from school she also works as a barista at Calvin’s Coffee House. Kayla hopes to attend Grad school and receive a Masters in Forensic Psychology. This is her first time serving on the executive board for PES, and she is incredibly excited to see how the year goes!

Outreach Coordinator: Autumn Parish

Autumn is a Psychology major on a pre-medical track. Autumn is a Florida native, and grew up in Panama City Beach, Florida. Autumn previously served on the Outreach Leadership Committee prior to joining the executive board as Outreach Coordinator.

 

Induction Coordinator: Veronica Kyncl

Hello, my name is Veronica Kyncl and I am an undergraduate student at Florida State University majoring in Exercise Physiology hoping to go down a pre-med path. I currently work part-time at Starbucks as a barista. My hobbies include reading, exercising, and spending time with my friends. I consider myself a bubbly person and I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and working together to have a great year. I’m currently the induction coordinator for PES and am so excited to meet all the new faces. I love to talk and plan so if anyone has any ideas feel free to reach out!

Treasurer: Marta Szymanska

Marta Szymanska is from Palm Harbor, FL, and is a Sophomore at Florida State University. She is pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business Data Analytics. She plans to go to graduate school and pursue an MBA. Marta is the current treasurer of Phi Eta Sigma and is excited to make an impact on other members and the FSU community!

 

Health and Wellness Coordinator: Hannah Figueras

Grace is a senior from Jacksonville, Florida, studying Human Development & Family Sciences and minoring in both Psychology and Education. She plans on obtaining her Ph.D. and becoming a professor at a university. Grace was previously on the Health & Wellness Leadership Council and helped organize group Paint-a-Pot and study sessions.

 

Recruitment Coordinator: Sophia Cherniak

Sophia Cherniak is a senior majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. She plans to attend grad school and get her PHD in cancer biology. She is from Englewood, Florida. She is also apart of the women’s club soccer team and enjoys playing the piano. This is her first year on the executive board for PES as Recruitment Coordinator.
